Today my sister took me to try a new restaurant – The Mammoth Railway Cafe in Park City.  It’s part of a bed and breakfast – the Grand Victorian Inn.  I have never written a review of a restaurant before, or food, but as I know the owner of the cafe (He was one of my older brother’s best friends in high school and therefore treated me as an annoying little sister), I thought I should share its amazingness with the world!

The building itself is beautiful. It was built in the late 1800s and has been everything from an inn to a stagecoach to a house/residence to a boys school to a old folks home.
